Most weekday orders ship the same day, packed by hand at our boutique and warehouse in Michigan, USA.

Rates & Delivery Times

Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Express and overnight options are available at checkout.

When Your Order Ships

Weekdays: most orders ship the same day, and always within 1 business day.

Weekends and holidays: your order ships the following Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

International orders leave our warehouse on the same schedule. Delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you don't see it within a day of ordering, check your spam folder and if it's not there, get in touch and we'll resend it.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, starting at $19.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. They aren't included in your shipping cost. If a package goes unpaid or is refused and returned to us, a new shipping fee will apply to send it out again.

A Few Things to Know

Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered, and we're unable to reroute, replace, or refund shipping on orders sent to an incorrect address.

Once a package leaves us, it's in the carrier's hands. We can't take responsibility for carrier delays, lost shipments, or packages marked delivered and left in a mailbox or at your door. If something goes wrong, reach out - we'll do our best to help you track it down.

Weather happens. Severe weather can occasionally slow things down. We appreciate your patience when it does.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
